What types of treats do you offer?
We currently stock a delicious variety of duck, chicken, and beef treats and chews with more flavours on the way! All are air-dried to lock in nutrients and flavour.

Are your treats suitable for puppies?
Yes! Many of our treats are great for puppies. We're happy to help you choose based on your dog's age, breed, and size.

Are your treats good for dogs with allergies or sensitivities?
Yes. Our single-protein, grain-free treats contain no preservatives or artificial ingredients. If your dog has known sensitivities, contact us and we’ll guide you to the best options.

How do I know which treats are right for my dog?

Do you do treat bundles or specials?
We will be offering treat bundles in the very near future which you will be able to find on the shop page. Plus, when you buy 2 treat bags, you’ll receive $5 off your next treat bag. Discount will be applied automatically to your next order.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer both flat-rate and express shipping within Australia.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times:

- Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days

- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
Times may vary during peak periods or for rural areas.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently only ship within Australia but hope to expand soon.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products being consumables, we can’t accept returns on treats. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can sort it out.
