At Whiskey & Woof, we pack every order with care to make sure your pup gets their favourite treats fresh and fast!
Processing Times
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our HQ on the Central Coast, NSW. During peak times or sales, there may be slight delays—but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (Australia-Wide)
- Flat rate: $15
- Free shipping on orders over $100
- Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days, depending on your location
Express Shipping (Australia-Wide)
- Flat rate: $20
- Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days
We currently ship within Australia only.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow the journey from our door to yours.
Delivery Issues

Important Notes
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout—we are not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect addresses.
- We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for larger items (like kangaroo arms or tails) due to size restrictions.
